Conventional MIG & Synergic MIG
Synergic MIG, on the other hand, uses pre-programmed settings where the machine automatically adjusts voltage and current based on the selected wire, gas, and material. This creates a more stable arc, reduces setup time, and improves weld consistency. While synergic MIG is generally easier to use, it is usually more expensive and offers less manual fine-tuning compared to traditional MIG.
